Orach, Red - Atriplex hortensis

Reseeding annual. Seeds survive zone 5 winters and will spread prolifically. Edible red leaves make an attractive addition to salads and an attractive addition to the home garden. Cut plant back when seeds start to develop in order to eliminate unwanted spreading.
