Anise Hyssop - Agastache foeniculum

Perennial from zone 4-9 . Grows to about 1 meter (or 3 feet). Edible leaves and purple flowers with black licorice taste. Attracts pollinators like bees, hummingbirds, and butterflies. Used for tea. Self-fertile. An attractive plant for honey production because of its abundant nectar production.

Soil: Prefers well drained soil. Suitable for sandy or loamy soils.

Sun: Prefer full sun, but will also grow in partial sun. Will not grow in full shade.
