Sorrel, Garden - Rumex acetosa

Perennial to zone 3 . A great perennial vegetable for the home garden. Edible leaves have a lemon flavor and make a good addition to salads, sandwiches, soups, or other meals that call for greens. Garden Sorrel will reseed prolifically (for non-seeding variety, see “Profusion Sorrel”).
